San Francisco Jiu Jitsu Academy was founded by Denny Prokopos on the belief that through Jiu Jitsu/ Martial Arts, we can make the world a better place. At San Francisco Jiu-Jitsu Academy, we believe Jiu Jitsu is for EVERYONE! We offer a free, no-obligation trial for Bay Area residents.
That was just AWESOME (much beyond my expectations)!! I learned more here in one hour than in 10 with other wrestling/ground systems. Denny is a pedagogical teacher who goes straight to the point. I strongly recommend to train here.
